BizOS is a multi-tenant admin panel that runs virtual mailboxes, accounting, and lightweight CRM across a family of domains for a group business — with self-service tenant onboarding and one control plane for everything.
A group business had accumulated ten related domains over the years — each with its own mail hosting, its own contact form, its own hand-rolled admin, sometimes its own accounting spreadsheet. Adding a new brand meant provisioning five services and remembering ten login pages.
What was missing was a control plane — one system where any tenant could sign in and manage everything for their domain, and where the group operator could see all tenants at once.
New brand? Group admin adds a tenant row, points its domain's MX at our mail server, and the tenant is live — mailboxes, admin login, accounting scaffold, everything.
Backed by a MySQL email_accounts table with SHA512-CRYPT passwords, hooked to postfix + dovecot + rspamd (DKIM). Roundcube for webmail.
Chart of accounts, invoices, receipts, expenses, journals — scoped per tenant. Multi-currency, PKR-first.
Pluggable storage backend: local disk, S3-compatible, or a nominated CDN URL. Same code path across all deployments.
DNS record management, SSL certificate lifecycle, and cache purging via the Cloudflare API — no manual dashboard clicks.
Group admin sees quotas, mailbox counts, disk usage, and delivery health across every tenant on one screen.
Tenant isolation, per-domain SSL, mailbox provisioning, and billing are the four places every multi-tenant build gets stuck. We've shipped them.
